The programme has been rolled out across all departments and we have had approximately 1000 successful achievers to date. "Our employees working in the high risk areas have also undertaken the Society of Food Hygiene Technology (SOFHT) qualification and a number of key personnel have attained their Intermediate and Advanced food hygiene as well as the Assessors Award. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Back-up and enjoying the benefits it brings."
